الجهة المسؤولة عن البيانات
المسؤول عن بيانات الطلاب هو المدرسة أو الشركة المالكة لها، وهي التي ترفع البيانات وتديرها. مَدْخَل خدمة تقنية تعالج البيانات نيابةً عنها ووفق تعليماتها، ولا تستخدمها لأي غرض آخر.
البيانات التي نعالجها
- بيانات الطالب: الاسم، ورقم الطالب، ورقم الهوية، والصف والفصل.
- جوال ولي الأمر المسجّل لدى المدرسة.
- بيانات الدخول إلى المنصة التعليمية للطالب وولي الأمر (اسم المستخدم وكلمة المرور).
- رمز العائلة الذي يختاره ولي الأمر.
- سجل عمليات للأمان (مثل الدخول وعرض كلمات المرور) دون أرقام هوية أو جوالات أو كلمات مرور.
لماذا
لغرض واحد: تمكين ولي الأمر من الوصول إلى بيانات دخول أبنائه في المنصة التعليمية، وتمكين المدرسة من إدارة ذلك ومتابعته. لا إعلانات، ولا بيع بيانات، ولا أدوات تتبّع أو تحليل من جهات أخرى.
كيف نحميها
- كلمات مرور المنصة وأرقام الهوية والجوالات محفوظة مشفّرة، ومفاتيح التشفير خارج قاعدة البيانات.
- رمز العائلة لا يُحفظ أصلًا، بل بصمة لا يمكن استرجاع الرمز منها.
- لا تُحفظ كلمات المرور على جهاز ولي الأمر، وتنتهي الجلسة بعد 15 دقيقة دون استخدام.
- المحاولات الخاطئة المتكررة تُوقف الدخول مؤقتًا، وكل عرض لكلمات المرور يُسجَّل.
من يرى ماذا
- ولي الأمر: بيانات أبنائه المرتبطين بحسابه فقط.
- مسؤول المدرسة: طلاب مدرسته فقط.
- مشرف الشركة: أرقام وإحصاءات فقط، دون أسماء أو بيانات طلاب.
- مشغّل الخدمة: لا يصل إلى بيانات الطلاب ولا كلمات مرورهم.
الاستضافة
تعمل الخدمة على منصة Cloudflare، وتُحفظ قاعدة البيانات في مراكز بياناتها.
مدة الحفظ
تُحفظ البيانات ما دام الطالب مسجّلًا لدى المدرسة، وتُعطَّل أو تُحذف بطلب من المدرسة. تحديث المدرسة لملفها يستبدل البيانات القديمة.
حقوقك
لك أن تطلب الاطلاع على بيانات ابنك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها، وذلك عبر المدرسة، فهي الجهة المسؤولة. تجد أرقام تواصل المدرسة في بوابة ولي الأمر.

Who is responsible for the data
The school, or the company that owns it, is responsible for students' data: it uploads and manages it. Madkhal is a technical service that processes the data on the school's behalf and instructions, and for no other purpose.
What we process
- Student details: name, student number, national ID number, grade and class.
- The parent's mobile number registered with the school.
- Learning-platform sign-in details for the student and parent (username and password).
- The family PIN the parent chooses.
- A security log (such as sign-ins and password views) with no ID numbers, mobiles or passwords.
Why
One purpose only: to let parents reach their children's learning-platform sign-in details, and to let the school manage and follow that. No ads, no selling of data, no third-party tracking or analytics.
How it is protected
- Platform passwords, ID numbers and mobiles are stored encrypted; the encryption keys are kept outside the database.
- The family PIN itself is never stored — only a fingerprint it can't be recovered from.
- Passwords are never stored on the parent's device; sessions end after 15 minutes of inactivity.
- Repeated wrong attempts pause sign-in, and every password view is logged.
Who sees what
- Parents: only the children linked to their account.
- School administrators: only their school's students.
- Company supervisors: numbers and statistics only — no names or student data.
- The service operator: no access to students' data or passwords.
Hosting
The service runs on Cloudflare; the database is stored in its data centres.
Retention
Data is kept while the student is enrolled at the school, and is disabled or deleted at the school's request. Each new file from the school replaces the old data.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete your child's data through the school, which is responsible for it. The school's contact numbers are shown in the parent portal.
